Zeikai
Was wondering if the -4% damage from the static field proc in shield spec counts towards protection points like taunt does. Anyone tested this yet?
DeputyDan
I did a test tonight and didn't use taunt or guard but popped static field on everyone I saw. I didn't get any protection points.
Galithor
My question is does it stack? It appears to do so, as you can see two Vanguard static field debuffs on a target when you get two vanguards attacking the same thing. Dunno if that does actually mean it's stacking. Alright thanks for testing for me, I had a feeling it didn't but did not want to spend 200k credits to respec. I was going between getting that or 8% damage increase in shock strike so. Guurzak
You should have both talents in almost any reasonable build. 4% damage reduction at will is much better than 2 points in intimidation unless you're heavy Assault, and in that case I'd probably rather give up brutal impact than static field.
