Both players would have to have the exact skill build, use the exact same abilities, and have the exact PvP skill. However, based on the differences in percentages of expertise and other stats, the player with the battlemaster gear will of course have the slight advantage. Just remember that if his actual PvP skill is less than the player in blue PvP gear, he will more than likely be defeated. Isnt there some level 46-49 gear with expertise that can be purchased with Warzone commendations? Well, either way, the non-Battlemaster player is going to be taking increased damage and dealing less damage...not a fair fight by any means. Possible to overcome?...of course if non-Battlemaster is better skilled.
