Low level pvp build (20-30)?

Hello, I have been putting points into shield so far and have been doing relatively well in WZs simply using guard on someone and helping them take down enemies with ss/hib/ion pulse/hs rotations

 

Unfortunately I am not really into that play style.

 

Is there a decent low lvl spec set up that is PvP viable in the high 20s to early 30s levels?

Assault is a good pvp spec at that lvl, altho the burst is not very high the ranged dot is very good.

Do you find in LvL 20-30 that the above assault spec gives you enough armor/shield protection for Warzone play against higher levels opponents and also for PVE?

 

I'm lvl 21 all shield spec right now, and in PVE i don't have to do anything but stand there and blast away, and rarely get in health trouble. PVP is tougher to deal with since I'm going against much higher level opponents and i'm not that great at it yet.

 

What i've been wondering lately is if you can gain the same advantages from a shield spec through mods easier than you can gain the damage increase from an assault spec....

note smoke bomb requires you stand still to use it.. even then its buggy. feel free to swap it for anything else.

pvp specialist, level 50

my guild makes me tank Q__Q, level 50

 

there's different ways to go about it but the important skills that you must have in shield are : shield cycler, steely resolve, ion overload, neural overload, static shield, storm.
