What attack are base and what special... i say in 1 of my topic that i found via google topic about powertech tank... and there is say that tank need 105% accurace but noone say that 105% is for both or only for special attack... i trying get 105% accurace via item, mode, weapon but when i got 105% i lost many of my mitigation... Basic attack are for example unload, rail shot - if i don't use unload i use rail shot and don't know it's worth lose some mitigation... MorningMusume Posted January 11, 2012 Share Posted January 11, 2012 You can take a look at your character tab, you can see your chance to hit with normal / special ranged / tech attacks. As a powertech, you only use the chance to hit with normal with 3 skills: Rapid Shots, Unload and Rail Shot.
