My problem with this situation is that, with a growing player base, we also get an increase in mal-adjusted people on the internet. In a few, very short weeks, General chat has degraded from decent discussion to 'Barrens Chat". This is a rant, a cry out to the community, a whine..yes.....but its a specific one...one that has merit. Be offensive, get attention with shock value...be ignorant even....but PLEASE...have a personality of your own. Bring something fresh to the table. Too many people latch on to internet memes and just repeat them without any real thought. This has to end.Repeaters have to end.This game is actually fun, it would suck if it would get ruined the same way other MMOs got ruined...by its players. So to sum up: If you're not willing to take a chance on your own jokes, don't make them. Thanks. ps. feel free to ignore this thread, or fill it up with 'cool story bro' posts. The "Barrens Chat" is most of the time restricted to the same areas that it is found in other games (general chat of the first 2 or 3 zones as well as the general get together place) I rarely see Barrens Chat past Balmorra.
