Do you ever use Cover, Snipe, Probe, etc.?

I use Snipe+Explosive probe as a healing Op pretty frequently. In PVE I usually sleep a target first, then go use Hidden strike on someone else. Once everyone except the sleeped target is dead, I go into cover and start him off with a big burst.
