Right now the rail shot alone is worth this build. at 47 you have a pretty good idea of where you are heading with this build. It will only get better DPS wise... Definitely not imo. If you're going 2/8/31 over 4/6/31 it should be for the 10sec off grapple cd which is a pvp talent. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
