ISDcaptain Posted January 8, 2012 Share Posted January 8, 2012 im a dps assault spec vanguard lvl 40 and im trying stack up my crit and surge as high as possible currently my crit is 24.3% and i think my surge is around 72% Where can i find orange gear that has BASE stats of high crit and surge, i can put in mods, but i need base stats that have high crit and surge alrdy on the armor piece Ive been questing on hoth and most of the rewards from quests there are not what im looking for, or dont have the right combination of stats i need ive seen vanguards and commandos with crit chances of 36% in warzones, and surge ratings of 100% and they eat imps up right away ive also heard that there are heavy armor belts that can be looted on balmorra off of champion npcs, anybody know where i can find orange braces that have crit and surge rating?
