Any republic players got a purple LS?

Hi peeps,

 

I know this is asked and asked but without a search option, I am having difficulties finding posts:o

 

Do any of you Republic Players have a Purple LS or Crystal and if so where did you get it from.

 

Can you list here the places or finds etc please?

 

Sith players, if you know where to get it that a Republic player could also get it too, can you say too pls?

 

From an RP point of view, I want the Purple LS and not in the least bit bothered about stats.

It's a PvP lightsaber, republic has a cyan version but purple on the other hand, no idea if republic can have it at all.

 

Cyan is looking good though

I hope they change this. I mean Jedi CAN have purple Light Sabers too. In fact in other Star Wars games like J/K you could, so why not in this game ? before the trolls decide to chip in to get their ounce of food from this, its just an observation, not actually a complaint. Go AWAY Troll.

Speaking of the Cyan crystals, i'd swap one of my purple sabers for one in a heartbeat.

 

Purple and Cyan are on the fleet vendors, but I think Magenta is the closest you can get outside which is some sort of rare loot drop.

 

On the Empire side the high end PvE gear sabers are also purple (Rakata gear?) can't remember which of the 3 has the purple one.

 

Not all the PvP Sabers are purple either, I think its only the Champion sabers. Centurion sabers are just red and the battlemaster ones I believe are the red/black crystals. Thats assuming they follow the PvE gear which also has purple as the middle tier.
