Legacy names : how it appears on character

basically i get the point of every char has the same name , but my question is more how it appears ...

 

*Minor Spoiler*

 

Pilot and The Merciless titles are obtainable inside the game , The faceless one is the legacy (which appears as a title) i want to input

 

 

 

Lets say the legacy i want to have is : The Faceless One ,

 

as surname it would appear :

 

Pilot <char name> The Faceless One

 

<char name> The Merciless The Faceless One

 

(depends if ur title goes in the end or at start of the name)

 

 

and as title option :

 

Pilot <charname>

The The Faceless One Legacy

 

or it would be (title option):

 

Pilot <charname>

The Faceless One Legacy

 

 

 

 

it is that i dont know how it works and i dont see any preview option , and since this is something every char in my account gets , i want to be sure how to write it.

 

 

(yes the legacy i want is more pretty with "the" in front , so i dont want a double "the")

You can't use spaces, iirc. It's just like the name requirements for when you first create the character.

 

As for how it appears when you use it as a last name, it goes:

 

<title> <name> <legacy>

Pilot John Smith

 

<name> <legacy> <title>

John Smith the Merciless

 

Putting "The" in the legacy name will make it appear no matter what, so your example would be:

Pilot John The-Faceless-One

OR

John The-Faceless-One the Merciless

 

And in the case of using "The X Legacy", it's:

Pilot John

The The-Faceless-One Legacy
