Owsley Posted January 6, 2012 Share Posted January 6, 2012 (edited) FYI I just upgraded a couple of systems in the last few weeks. Go with the best video card you can afford. RAM is extremely cheap right now. I got 16 GB of 1600mHz memory for around $80. Something else to think about is adding SSD. Hard disk prices are through the roof because of the damage to production facilities in Thailand. You might want to go SSD for boot disk and your game install and buy a large hard drive for storage later this year when the prices come down. The Corsair Force Series 3 SSD have come way down in price and have some of the fastest read/write times out there.
