Guurzak Posted January 6, 2012 Share Posted January 6, 2012 I'm going to assume this is a PVE-only spec since you're not taking the snare on ion cell nor the root on harpoon. 3% into Endurance is considered a weak use of points; the health returned isn't that much and you'd be better served putting those into damage mitigation. Having a bigger health pool isn't all that useful in this game, what's important is slowing the rate of damage you take. Charge doesn't do much for you except in very rare occasions where you want to move fast RIGHT AFTER you storm. Rebraced Armor provides less net mitigation than most of your other defensive talents. Instead of those, use those points to buy Static Field for 4% active mitigation, Demolition to get you to tier 2 of Tactics (and improve your dps/threat), and then Power Armor for another 2% of permanent mitigation. Consider putting your last point into Containment Tactics for more frequent stuns, or into Neural Overload for boss kiting- or back into rebraced armor if you really want to.
