If so, that would yield 90% armor penetration on High Impact Bolt. Has anyone noticed a significant improvement to HIB damage as a result of stacking these abilities? Asfost Posted January 6, 2012 Share Posted January 6, 2012 Just checked it. Yes, these two effects stack with each other so we can reach 90% armor penetration for HiB and the damage done by HiB becomes almost like it says in tooltip. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
