Xinth Posted January 5, 2012 Share Posted January 5, 2012 I have Tracer Lock talent, but spamming Tracer Missile does not show Target Lock debuff on the NPC like I was expecting. Since I don't even see 1 debuff, obviously it never stacks up to 5. Bug? Is anyone else seeing the same thing? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
