I got the Eliminator leggings and from what i see only rail shot is a skill we have the others are not skills in any trees or we get later on (powertechs). But i see people that got the combat tech set it gives set bonuses for two skills we rocket punch and carbonize. Anyone looked into which set is best for pvp wise? i know our primary stats go aim > power > crit > surge and then when crit is at around 50% we do surge crit, Any insights or if there is a thread about this can you point me towards it?
