Aros-aoc Posted January 1, 2012 Share Posted January 1, 2012 The talent Kolto Vents does it stack up? e.g venting heat every 6 sec from High energy Gas and after that getting stunned and thius venting more heat from the pyrotech talent.Wonder if it will give me 2 buffs of 10% health over the time?
