[Downtime: 30 November 2016]

The Chapter XVI Arcann bug still isnt fixed after the downtime! Come on now I want to progress with the story T__T

[Is the servers truely down?]

There was quite a large bug on one of the bosses during the fallen empire expansion which prevents you progressing past it which arose from the patch yesterday, so if the servers are down I would say its probably to do with that ^_^

Still nothing, lets hope this fixes itself soon, is there anyway to send in a bug report to bioware?, someway to get this issue fixed quicker
