i have a 50 van and a 50 power and bouth got the same gear and toe to toe i think the tropper vangard is stronger any outhers? what do u think

The reason for it isn't to help or hinder pvp'ers, it's to prevent raiders from being forced to pvp to remain competitive

 

 

to bad this is haping as of now u can not find a group to run FPs and HM at lvl 50 thy dont see any purples and u dont have any good gear but thy are useing all pvp gear ?

 

if u have pvp gear it shud only work for pvp not pve and pvp!!!
