Yes. She is suppose to be available after she joins in her chapter. Most folks seem to have her, or just havent noticed she is missing.

I presume her being missing from so many folks was just not part of this patch, but i wanted post and update anyway. She is still missing on my Agent despite having recruited her as part of the story. After the most recent patch I can now see a new category labeled Unavailable Companions. This currently has Raina, Kaylio, and Vector, the three agent companions who have not yet been introduced int he story. Dr Lokin is listed under Alliance Recruits, pending the rakghoul event. SCORPIO is just not there at all.

Veritas is a small Empire side guild that is currently progressing through 8-man HM DF (3/5). We are seeking a tank to join our Wednesday & Thursday night raids (8pm to 11pm EST)

You mean his character select screenshot? Where everything in the first screenshot is darker, character, outfit, background due to different graphic settings? Yes I did look at that and saw that they are exactly the same.

They outright lied to us, and when we asked for pictures of what it would look like, they showed nothing.
This isn't fixed, and EricMusco wouldn't be in this position if he had listened to us.
No. What they did, is take the players outcry at face value. They assume folks were right without looking into it.
When they did go look? There was nothing to fix. All the rage is going to accomplish nothing but make them less likely to comment before they look into player reported issues in the future.

As was point out, its pretty much the nature of the beast that quests will change. Honestly with the exception of Legions of Scum and Villany it's not like you missed out on anything that big.
On that quest I'll admit you have a bit to be bitter about. The original reward of 5 Ultimate comms for the first time you clear it, is definitely out of whack with the new rewards of 5 comms and 2 mass manipulation generators. But oh well there will always be more.

You missed the rather large threads regarding these bans that were deleted,
Hundreds of suspensions. Some for merely duping crystals, others for mailing duped crystals to alts though legacy.
Others had no idea why. Nobody knows for sure what is going on, but it's not as simple as what your post claims it to be.
People lie. They get caught doing something they aren't suppose to and they know Bioware isn't going to publically call them out on it, so they lie. They think if they create an uproar, or convince the public they didnt't do anything wrong, bioware will back down. If you know somwone who got banned, ask them what they did. If it doesnt sound like a bannable offense, then ask them what they really did.
As a side note I'm sure some folks who were truely innocent got caught in this ban. It happens when theres big sweeping ones. But they are in the minority, and they'll be back soon enough.

It really feels like this is the result of adding collections to the game--which has the potential to increase the profitability of the Cartel Shop.
I completely understand that this is a business, but the mechanics should have been changed and players should have been told the change was upcoming. Warnings--not bans--should have been given. We should have been told in advance.
This is bad business practice. And yes, I do feel an unsub coming on if this is not resolved much sooner rather than later and if those affected by yet another truly horrid decision are not compensated. Honestly, this is beyond mismanagement.
Bioware takes the stance of not advertising what people did to get banned. Those who got banned take advantage of this can claim to be the innocent victim. It happens in every MMO. While I wasn't a fan of Guildwars 2 I admit they had it right when they posted a thread daring people who'd gotten bans/suspensions to call them out. Then they took that as permission to post publically exactly what they did. It really shut people up fast.

Soo, I'm at a loss here, apparently the issue is using the collections to copy a crystal that you have and then using legacy weapons to send to another character is an exploit? Pretty sure that's WHAT LEGACY WEAPONS WERE DESIGNED TO DO. Normally I'm not one of these lets freak out and demand recompense for stupid little things such as server down time or patches that take too long or bugs that take content out of commission for awhile however with this I feel that people have been singled out. Not acceptable.
Thats not what the issue was. If you've paid attention to recent patch notes you should figure it out pretty quick.

I suspect its simply a case where they wanted an acheivement to reconginze those who had unlocked both, without realizing it affected an achievement.

Um, my Powertech main is running around with the Imperial Squad Leader title and I have only levelled the affection of my Marauder's Light Side Jaesa to maximum.
Thats because only the lightside Jaesa counts towards the achievement, not darkside Jaesa.
Loyalty to the Sith Warrior requres: The Beast, The Commando, The Officer, The Treasure Hunter and The Padawan. When you then go and look at the Sith Warrior Achievements. "The Padawan" is specifically light side Jaesa. Dark side is "The Corrupted Padawan"

Despite other posters claims, I suspect that it is unintended. As the republic version of the title has no such requirement. Jaesa having a unique mechanic should not make the mirrored title considerably more difficult to aquire.

You can still create characters on a "Full" server. Its just informational for new players in regards to how busy it is/queues/etc.

It was likely moved, re-purposed or eliminated altogether. Additional servers will be coming up as player capacity requires so maybe we will see it again.
However, all the Beta characters were wiped. You start the live game with a clean slate, so just pick a new server and play.

The customizations didn't get taken out. There are additional customizations on the CE store.
As for the Armor all it is is an additional set of social gear that the CE folks have access to. Its identical to any of the dozens of other sets you can buy from the social vendors just with another look. (IE Light armor, three mod slots)
All of the stuff sold is purely cosmetic.
Bugged 100% HM FP Achievement - 87% Done?

Same issue here. Its because they just added it as a requirement with todays patch. Despite being listed under Legendary Tier, it wasnt actually a requirement for the achievement. So when they fixed that, it doesnt count it as completed if you'd already done.it.
NOTE - They also added another new achievement under Chapters, which is to complete the last 9. Thats also not showing previous chapters done.
There goes completing everything once chapter 16 dropped.
