Agreed. The 460 is a good card, but is known to use a lot of power, and maybe a little loud.

I think the 1GB is video ram, not system ram. I think the system being asked about should run SW:ToR fine.

Try turning off shadows. Should see a big boost in performance. I think the graphics engine needs some fine tuning so if you can do without shadows that will give you the biggest bang for the buck.

 

Then either pay money and upgrade your system or wait for them to get a few performance patches out and you will be able to turn them back on.

 

QFT. Turning shadows off made a big difference on my C2Q 6700/Radeon 4850/4GB system. Turning shadows off helps most, if not all MMOs, from my experience.
