  1. Plus, after 9+ years in SWTOR, there's really only a few bits of content i haven't been able to "achieve" yet. ( i've only cleared about half of all HM Ops and unfortunately have never cleared a NiM Op yet) .

Hi there. ^^ Unfortunately, the group is looking for someone with more raiding experience. They don't plan on staying in the Hardmare ops very long. The current members have NiM experience already. They just haven't raided with each other regularly yet. Thanks for showing interest though, and good luck with your guild's HM prog!

  2. Greetings all!

<Fortitude> is starting up a new Republic Hardmare/NiM team, and they need tanks and heals. They are starting with M/B, then will be working on Revan and Gods, and then will move onto the old NiM ops. Raid days and times have not been decided yet. If you're interested, let me know, and I can put you in touch with the officer who is setting up the group. Thanks!

  3. Charging Bull often spawns with an invisibility cloak for some people but not others within a raid group (same as it did when HM Dxun was on PTS). I presume this is [still] unintended?

It seems inconsistent too. Some pulls, the bull is invisible for me, and some pulls, I can see it. Also, bulls don't always despawn after a wipe. Speaking for the Red encounter. Haven't tried the others yet.

  4. Haven't tested the set yet, but making a set that only does something once every 5 mins is a bad idea. It'll juice the team's opener, but after that, you're left with dead weight for the rest of the encounter. Not to mention Smuggle can only be used out of combat. So not only do you have to wait for the long cooldown, but you'd have to blow your combat stealth in order to trigger the 4 piece. Definitely not worth it.
  5. Assuming the dev team doesn't (and shouldn't, we all want new operations) have the resources to re-balance single boss fights, a simple solution (to this very unnecessary discussion here) would be a vendor item that removes the "buff". The old players are happy, and the new players can still actually progress.

    This is a good suggestion.

  6. Greetings all.

<Fortitude> is looking to recruit a couple of tanks for our Republic VM team "Tusken City Raiders." Any flavor tank will do, and VM experience isn't necessary. The team runs Monday nights, 9:00-11:00pm eastern. If you're interested, contact me on Discord (Lorhin#2359) and I can put you in touch with the team captain. Thanks!

  7. After the 1-3-20 maintenance, combat logging stopped working for me, even though I still have it enabled. The game client doesn't generate combat logs anymore, at least not where it used to. I tried disabling combat logging and exiting the game, starting it back up, re-enabling it, and exiting the game again, then starting the game back up to see if it worked. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Neither method worked. I'm running on Windows 7.
  8. Greetings, Star Forge!

<Fortitude> is a well established Republic raiding guild, committed to the improvement of the raiding community on our server. Our members are tight knit, always working closely with each other, giving constructive criticism to help us all perform and clear content at the highest level we can. Raiding is our #1 passion, but our members also engage in other group activities, such as pvp and FPs. We have a guild Discord server, where guildies chat and hang out when not in game. We also use it for voice comms when grouping.

Currently, <Fortitude> has four raid teams:

Resurrection (MM Progression): The original roster of this team started the guild, back in 2015. Nowadays, they are an Apex MM team, clearing the hardest raid content SWTOR can throw at them. They have been working on MM Dxun on the PTS.

Poppa GCD (VM/MM Progression): The newest team in the guild, mostly made up of players returning to the game. This team has a lot of talent. We look forward to seeing them progress!

Domino Squad (VM Progression): This team started out as a brand new SM raiders team. They progressed through HM, and are currently working to clear Hardmare content, before tackling the MM difficulty. They are currently 2/5 in VM Gods.

Tusken City Raiders (VM Progression): They have a bunch of eager raiders, and are honing their craft as they progress through HM content. They are currently progressing on 3rd floor VM Revan.

RECRUITMENT STATUS: Our teams are set for the moment, but we are always looking to make new friends. Contact me if you have any questions.

Thanks for reading, and may the force be with you!

  9. Greetings, everyone! I am pleased to announce that <Fortitude> now has a brand new VM Progression team: The Tusken City Raiders. They run Monday nights, 9:00pm - 11:00pm eastern. Currently, they have an open heals position. If you are a healer, looking to learn and get into VM ops, let me know!
  10. Thanks to everyone who showed interest! Had a lot of people contact me. We're closing up recruitment for this team for now, while we get ready to schedule tryouts. If we have need again, I will be sure to bump this thread. Thanks again, all!
  11. Greetings, all.

<Fortitude> has decided to start up a brand new Republic HM progression team. If you are looking to up your game, clear all HM ops, and eventually take on NiM, this could be the team for you. All roles are needed, and the team is looking to run Monday evenings (time TBD).

Below is a list of some important things to consider when applying for this team:

    1. ALL initial team members must place the raiding toon they are using for this team in <Fortitude>. No exceptions.

    2. This is a progression team, not a casual weekly run. Patience and discipline is required. If you are joining this team, you must be prepared to do some "homework" outside of raid nights as needed (ie. read class guides, watch videos of boss fights, parse, gear up, etc.). <Fortitude> also has a lot of experienced raiders who can assist you as you try to improve your personal skill level.

    3. Bad attitudes can hinder progression as much as poor skill levels can. Everyone who joins this team is expected to treat their teammates, guildmates, and the general community in a civil manner. We do not tolerate toxic behaviour, and you will be removed from the team, and the guild, if you cannot comply.

    4. Members of this team will be using Discord for voice comms, and StarParse to monitor everyone's progress. Neither are optional.

We want to make sure we get team members who are going to be serious about the team, and who truly wish to learn and improve their skills. Talk to me if you're interested. Thanks!
