    What keeps you motivated?

    I've basically done what Lunazen has done.

    My highest level toon is 30 something.

    That being said, I left that server and rerolled with some friends elsewhere.

    I currently have four toons on Daragon Trail and play both Empire and Republic.

     

    I kind of think the people that are leaving due to boredom are people that are used to playing MMOs that have been around a long time. Something like WoW, I level as quickly as possible in order to get to end game content 'cause that's where all the fun is for that game, at least in my opinion. But you can't do that with SWTOR. The game is too new and there's not enough content. I think people just need to slow it down a bit lol. There's no hurry in this game at the moment.

     

    See that's the thing, I love the game but after leveling three characters I got burnt out. No drive, no energy, nothing.

    I'm just curious as to what keeps you motivated after your story line is complete and you have hit the level

    cap? I see so many "canceling subscription/bored/lack of content" threads that I wonder what keeps the "small" percentage a motive to continue? A list of ideas would be nice.

    If you wanna go dps in pve, go commando - gunnery spec. PURE dps and huge crits. you won't be disappointed.....trust me lol.:D

     

    Agreed, I level a 50 commando shortly after my 50 sith jug, fantastic!

    Becoming level 50 is only the beginning!

    I understand that many individuals who become level 50 find themselves distraugh, pessimistic and foremost disappointed. That should not be the case my friends, because a new layer of optimism will arise! How? Who? When? Let's start with yourself, you have mastered the leveling system and know a good foundation of how to play the game. I'm advocating and motivating the community for leaders, to inspire the fresh community members, to make a difference, to help others see how great this game can truly be! I have seen nothing bud negative threads in the discussion forums and it brings the community down. I want to enrich your gaming experience by expressing that you have embarked on a journey that won't end yet, embrace your achievements and help others become as successful as yourself. I want the star wars old republic to be identified by not only the game content but how passionate and optimistic the community has become. It's a start, it's a CHANGE and it's only starts with YOU!

    Hey community!

    Just wondering how reliable this app works, bugs, any trouble you might have run into, etc. I read some of the reviews on the app store and some people where locked out for a week or so, I just didn't want to run into this trouble myself, being that the game is more addicting than cigarettes haha.

    Game background city sound effects!

    Hey community!

    Started playing Star Wars Galaxies back in 2003 and I loved the environmental experience, example such as sounds, large worlds, culture, etc. What I have noticed in the New SWTOR is that the same city background sound effects seem to have been adopted from the old SWG, which is awesome, bit's of both worlds. I pay attention to detail, i know this may not be something outstanding, but just wondering if any other players noticed the same thing.
