  1. Well to be fair it is progression. Just not hardcore progression. A guild working on harder difficulties as a group and succeeding through each challenge is their own progression. Doesn't mean they have to compete with the top guilds in the game.

    And the congregation said Amen.

  2. (you walk into your Stronghold)

"Master, I killed the three guys I brought home from Slippery Slopes last night. Accidentally. Again. Sorry. So I fed them to Broonmark. That's why there's some bloodstains on the sheets. And the couch. And, uhm, the walls. And floor.

    ... And refresher.

And uhm, the ceiling, although I don't remember how that one happened exactly.

    May I go find more?"

    (oblivious Jaesa stare)

(Vette sighs and gets out the cleaning supplies. Again.)

LOL you are on a roll.

  3. Hey may not have put forth effort to a Juggernaut, but he DID put forth effort into making a Sith Warrior which makes up 50% of both classes. He isn't getting it for free, he still had to do all the work of leveling a Sith Warrior to 55.

Not every situation is even like that though. For instance one of the reason I support AC change is because I like to make both AC's but use one for each faction. So I have a Guardian and a Marauder for instance. I would like to be able to switch my Marauder to a Jugg and my Guardian to a Sentinel just for a change of animation to keep both classes a bit more fresh and fun to play. I am not really gaining anything by doing this. I have already experienced both stories, and I have already leveled both classes, I know how to play both classes, it would basically just be a cosmetic change in the same way a race change is.

Whatever, it is standard protocol in the biggest sub MMO in the world to be able to change the possible specs of your character. All the advanced class amounts to is a permanent spec. This design has zero lore value and was designed to create more grind. After you have the one mission revolving around the choice, it means nothing in the story. I love this game, but this feature is crap. I say let us have the ability to add both advanced classes for credits or CCs and have a button to change specs, just like WoW... you know, the biggest competition on the planet.

Also, when we change specs, the system should remember our button layout. The field respect is annoying, having to redo buttons each time.

The only things I miss about WoW are changing specs and the wardrobe manager.

  4. The prob is all what you listed SHOULD have ben in the game from the beginning

those things considered Basic stuff nowdays.

Reason Wildstar implementing them from the start.

    Shoulda, woulda, coulda.

    If, if, if.

Good for WIldstar, the next savior. It will be dissected and destroyed like the rest. An article on Massively asked a question. The author said, "Do you hate MMOs?" I think some people that play them, the vagabonds, they really don't like the genre and are never going to be satisfied. Twitchy, what have you done for me lately, I wanted that yesterday ADD Internet game destroying vagabonds. The lies that are told on the forums about this game are sinister.

  5. I find it interesting that the haters hold SWTOR accountable for actions that other MMOs suffered more badly in spades.

Freaking WoW was unplayable at launch and after almost every patch for years. SWTOR did not have this problem.

SWTOR had a group finder faster. Custom gear faster. Superior story. Actual class stories. Multiple story arcs. Companions. Was totally playable at launch. Better travel options. Better resurrection options after death (no walking for years and years after death to a corpse). Warzones with a story. More warzones at launch. Operations and Flashpoints with an actual story and choices. Quest finder. I could go on and on.

  6. I'm curious as to when we will get our cartel coins BIOWARE? Yes those of us whom purchased the game expansion earlier then a month ago got a little title that really isn't worth it. you may say we got to play the expansion early for say $2.00 a month then but when the subscription price go up? We still had to pay for our subscription. I'm trying not to be rude and such but I'm having a hard time understanding this? We can't even sell our title on the GTN due to it being bound to our characters already once we pick it up. Maybe you can clarify this for me on how it is those people that purchased the Rise of the Hutt Cartel expansion within the last month were to receive 1050 cartel coins but those players whom purchased the expansion back when you had it as a pre-order before the expansion was released get a title only. Please Explain why to me on why you thought this was a good idea? why are you rewarding those players with whom purchased this within the last month with a much more valuable commodity then those whom has purchased it when it was on pre-order?

You got to play the expansion early, much earlier. You also received:

The Dr. Oggurobb Hutt Holostatue: Train under the illustrious Hutt scientist Dr. Oggurobb with this portable training device that he created in his own image.

"Scourge of the Hutts" Title: Republic and Imperial forces that adorn this title will be revered across the galaxy.

The Makrin Seedling Mini-Pet: Get your very own Makrin Seedling to follow you around and creep out your enemies! Possessing bark-like skin and grass-like nerve-rich tissues that blend in perfectly with Makeb’s environment, the Makrin Seedling has a distinguishing and eerie look!

  7. I keep hoping that EA/Bioware will stop insulting the Founding members of his community. My sub has been cancelled and this is the note I submitted :

As a founder and an individual that paid FULL PRICE for the game, I have little to no benefit from the purchase. Other MMOs that have converted to FTP have taken a different approach. For instance, The Secret World is giving the entire base game, without restrictions, to anyone that has purchased the game for FULL PRICE.

Bioware and EA does not value the founding players that paid the development costs for this game. New FTP players get the same play experience, with only a $5 purchase. My $170 dollars invested in this game, versus their $5 means nothing to EA, obviously. The Cartel Coin allocation for Founders was very meager.

I have to deal with XP and travel restrictions, even though I am the reason that the servers are still running. Absolutely ridiculous and an insult to my intelligence. The mail restrictions are absolutely aggravating. Why not allow full mail access within my legacy?

Give me the base game, the out of the box experience, as a founder or I will not sub to this game again. Period.

Lift the XP restrictions for founders and other ridiculous efforts to force my sub.

I'll finish my class stories and turn the lights out, if I can manage to gain the XP to do so with the CCs I have left.
