[fps issue]

I googled my issue and i mostly found people talking about having low fps. my game is running at 100+ fps then every so often maybe 20 mins my game drops to 10/3/1 fps then say 2 seconds its back to 100+ 

 

anyone know whats going on? 

if what i said above doesnt make sense let me know
