[Appearance Designer Kiosk Bug?]

Okay so I just contacted support via email and they replied really quickly and sorted it out the same day, for anybody that has problems and reads this in the future just contact them via this email:

I didn't read the popup either. Saw all my abilities disappear. Then I saw the "cancel tutorial" option. Clicked it. Everything was golden.

[Appearance Designer Kiosk Bug?]

Hello all,

 

Just went and changed my appearance at the Appearance Designer Kiosk. It took my Cartel Coins for the change, but didn't make the changes to my toon. Is it bugged? Or does it take some time for it to appear?

 

Sorry for the nekro but im literally having the same bug I tried it again just to see on the other designer kiosk if it worked and it did and now im really sad cause it charged me 2x is there a way to unbug it or will I have to contact support?

[Set bonus displays in red]

You levelled up from 74 to 75. Pre-Onslaught set bonuses are for levels 70 to 74 only(1). The stats of the gear work, but the set bonus is disabled.

 

(1) Despite what the tooltips say, it's 70-74, since the gear requires level 70+. If you still have pre-5.0 set bonus gear, it will work from its level all the way to 74 and stop at 75, so it's an exception.
