How does that tell me where the computer is I am sorry if I am just having trouble understanding but I need the location of the computer to get the quest I fell like I walked everywhere looking for it again sorry if I am being a bother with so many questions.

The walkthrough doesn't tell where the person that gives the quest is that is my problem.

I am probably dumb not to find the quest giver for a safety feature quest on belsavis but I feel like I looked all over for the quest giver can anyone tell me where they are.
