The unlock "Appearance Options: Sith Pale Eyes" applies only to characters which are pureblood Sith.

in the description of the item it says

'Adds a new eye color for Sith characters.'

it reminds me of a old trauma i have because i bought white pale eyes contact lenses, and i tried to put them on and i broke them instead, and that hurted my feelings a lot

and now is like the same, buying pale eyes and not be able to use them

Do you get the option when you try to create a new character? Is it possible you had cargo hold, legacy storage, or a vendor window open when you right-clicked the item?

i tried go to the fleet bazar i think is called to change appearance there but the eyes are nowhere

i tried creating a new character also and no pale eyes

then it got in my inventory, i pressed right clic on it to activate it

I don't know if you RP, but what a lot of people do is RP their chars they way they like them, so you could use your own RP, and pretend your agent has force abilities. I used to do a lot of RP when I first started playing, I created an agent that was force sensitive, but not trained, so she could sense stuff going on, but couldn't manipulate anything.

I know it doesn't give you the cool abilities, but it's a way around it

All Imperial classes serve the Sith Empire in one way or another (Bounty Hunter is more of an independent contractor). But the only ones who are actually Sith (as in force users) are the Sith Warrior (Juggernaut/Marauder) and the Sith Inquisitor (Sorcerer/Assassin).
