So update, I got it all back, this is how i did it.

 

In my ship I used the mission terminal, yes the first 2 missions said they were Shadow of Revan missions, however the third one was the Hutt Cartel, i accepted that mission and just started it.

 

After doing that, I went into my mission log, and my companion quest to finish The Emperor's Orphan's had reappeared, and I was able to continue it.

Kira:

This may be one of those cases where it matters how you travel to Voss. Don't travel to Voss directly from the galaxy map. Instead, board your starship and travel to Voss using the ship's map. You may find that this will trigger needed cutscenes. You may need to travel back to the planet you were last at, first - travel back, exit your ship, re-enter ship, travel to Voss.

 

RotHC:

Are you level 51 or more?

 

I will try and tricks with the ship for the Kira mission.

 

For RotHC, I am level 70, completed the first 3 chapters for the class story, actually had the Hutt Cartel mission, abandoned it on accident, now when I go the the mission console in my ship, only the 5 Revan missions are showing up.

I believe you can start the RotHC from your ship if you have deleted it before.

 

I am not sure about the Kira question, maybe someone else will be able to assist you with that.

When I go to the mission console in my ship, it only has Shadow of Revan mission, with a warning about spoilers if I start them now.

So, Kira keeps saying "Suri needs help, lets not keep her waiting", however when I go to Voss, their are no purple icons, or indications of any kind on where to go to complete that story.

 

Also, I accidentally abandoned the "Rise of the Hutt Cartel" before I even started it, how can I get that back?

[Question about gear]

No, not an outfit, for example, i will hover over MK-1 headgear, it will compare to what I have equipped, and if its better, i will right-click and equip it. Another example were the nerfherders handwraps, i found better gloves, equipped them, then sold the starter gear, and after the mission/quest was complete, they were back in my inventory and and they were equipped again.

So I noticed that when I get better gear and equip it, the "starter gear" for example, the handwraps, and tunics, etc, even if i then sell the starter gear (it takes up an inventory slot and I cannot imaging why i would ever go back and equip them), not only do they come back, but they also re-equip themselves at some point.

 

Am I missing something, is that normal , unchangeable behavior?.

Maybe I thought i picked Consular, however I noticed when I press K to open the skills tree, nothing happens, that is why I feel like I missed the advanced class.

 

Is there a way to see if I even selected an advanced class?

It says I am a sentinel, however I am playing the Consular role, so I thought I could only choose from Sage or Shadow.

 

 

Also, where do I find the skill trainer, I have all these abilities that say See Trainer.

So i have a question. I am a level 22 Consular and I missed the opportunity to pick my advanced class the first time I had the chance. Also, my abilities panel has all of these abilities that say See Trainer. So my question is, i am currently on Ord Mandell, how do I get back to where I can pick my advanced class, and will that be the process that unlocks all of these abilities. I tried to just get in my ship and fly back to the fleet, but it would not let me. I am sorry if this is very basic, this is my very first attempt at playing an MMO.
