[Cannot create legacy title after patch?]

Whenever I have come across this issue its for one of two reasons.

1. Name already taken

2. The name cannot be made as it brakes the rules for a legacy name.

 

Which can be anything from to many spaces in name to a banned word. I am sure there could be other reasons as well. Most times I have had to try is 4 times. If you are not changing the name each time and the name you are trying to use is not allowed it will continue to refuse it.

 

 

As for the others who have just started on a new server, Again the name you had on server X may well already be in use on server Y. You can transfer a character from your old server. That way you get to keep any legacy perks you already had. The name will transfer as well unless it is indeed in use. In which case you would need to re-name. Transfer cost is only 90cc at the moment.

 

Thanks a lot! I tried a few other names and for some reason if it was against the rules it would just close, but when I typed in one that is with the rules it worked!

I joined a new sever with my hunter but i lost my legacy, When i created a new one the window would just go away and nothing would happen. I can not get my legacy perks and the game does not feel complete without this so it would be nice to get this fixed.

 

If you know anything please let me know:)

[Cant Enter Legacy Surname]

So I've reached the point where I've been prompted with the option to choose a Legacy Surname. The problem is that the system won't let me do anything. I enter the name, click create, and the window disappears. I don't get any error messages, the name doesn't register. Does anybody know how to fix this? Ive posted two tickets but got no answer.
