My rocket boost always starts the cooldown countdown when I change an instance/area/planet etc. It doesn't actually activate but the game seems to believe it just did.
thats normal. my case was it activates everytime i loging or change to a new zone.

i solved it lol. i noticed somehow my sprint ability was off so i turned it on it worked out. the rocket boost isn't activating itself anymore (yay)!!
but i dunno why how sprint is related to this bug thou.
i must say im not happy with cs. i opened 2 tickets for this matter because they want me to give them a call as 1st response. after i told them i cant make a call for some reasons in my 2nd ticket they replied plz give us a call. dont they read their tickets just auto reply to their customers?

Have you tried using a different mount? That might "reset" the rocket boots.

hi guys, i have an issue recently , every time i login, change instance, enter new area or change zones my legacy rocket boost auto activates, its VERY annoying. it only happens on one of my toon not evey toon i got.
anyone got this problem as well?

The 73.xx% isn't a stat you have. It's the value by what you will reduce incoming damage on average, after everything that reduces damage has been applied(Defense, absorb shields, shield/absorb, damage reduction).
So if you see a 2500 dtps in your parser, pre mititgation this would have beend roughly 10k dtps.

Reduction is not the same as Damage Reduction. The percentage for reduction is a combination of being able to defend, shield, and absorb damage based on the average damage profile. It's basically a rating used to define tank viability...very similar to DPS for damage dealers and HPS for healers.
Yeah that's what I understand. But the information i got from dulfy is i will have 73.xx% damage reduction that i only have 54.25%.

best place for getting cheevos especially rare ones and forming or looking for random or fixed raid groups.
personally i find it very useful.
