[Group of players spitefully get together reporting spam, squelching innocent players!]

There is a group of players on harbinger that if they target you they get together and all report spam on you and get you squealched for 24 hours unable to use chat making group content unplayable even if you are a paying subscriber. You can see them on fleet saying ok guys report "so and so" for spam lets shut him up ....and even telling that player to enjoy their squelch and laughing at them in chat. This is en exploit of the squealching system guilds and player groups are using to troll other players with just to be mean and spiteful. They are effecting paid gameplay and this is almost like robbery if a paid subscriber cant participate in group content because a group of spiteful players are targeting them and squealching whoever they want to for their own ammusement. This is a real problem happening now and needs to be addressed.
