As has been mentioned, if you are referring to the Legacy armors you get at character creation, you can get as many as you want. Create a new character, collect armor from mail, and then send to desired character (or put in Legacy storage to save the CR 5 mailing fee). IIRC, you can't transfer the unopened crate, but when you open it, you get seven Legacy pieces which can be transferred.

 

Also, there were two old CM sets which aren't Legacy, but which should unlock normally in Collections.

I right clicked both a spedeer I got at lv 8 and a Longspur Stap Mount now they are missing from my bag, where did they went to

 

 

I checked Collection and only the Stap there not the spedder, even then when I go to the Stap it says I already have the item and doesnt lets me transfer to get another one. So where did they go to.
