Hello, folks. I returned after 1,5 years and have some questions.
1) 248 gear still highest gear in game?
2) Skank tanks. Last time I played they want to do something with it. Did they do something and I can go to PvP with tank's gear?
Or what's better now?

Yeah, it's from PvP. Just still don't know dps gear include bonuses or it's some hibrid gear with tank bonuses.

You have to do the entire series of macrobinocular missions first, and the last two are H4's. The first can be solo'd, though it is annoying. The second still requires a group to complete due to a puzzle. I have one toon that got stuck there. So you'll have to ask around (or better, guildies) for help.
BTW maybe do it together? I can ask my frien he will help. if you have 1 person so we can do this. I alredy on [HEROIC 4] The Shroud’s Last Stand.

Yes and No. You can do any of the conquest objectives. Just do enough of them (or repeat them enough times) to reach your points goal for the week.

For the Intro to Conquests mission you have to complete that character's weekly conquest objective.
You mean I need to do weekly for Veteran and Master mode FP or something else?

Note that the stronghold bonus only applies to the "base" points for the objective, not the doubled or tripled points. So if the objective is worth 1000 points, and the guild bonus makes it 3000, a 150% stronghold bonus will make it worth 4500 points, not 7500.
Getting 20000 points (or 25000) is not difficult, even without any guild or stronghold bonus. Look at all the objectives, not just one or two.
Most weeks you can do Heroics for conquest points, usually on one, sometimes two planets. Recently it was Nar Shaddaa which has 8 Heroics, each worth 500 points (with no bonuses). Running all those will get you 4000 points. Do all 8 of them every day, and you'll hit 20k in 2 1/2 days. So you can do the Heroics on one character, then switch and do them on another, and and then another, doing multiple characters every day, and get your 20k points for the week on a bunch of characters, not just one.
There are also usually several repeatable GSF or PVP objectives you can do, if you enjoy those. Depending on the week, it may just be "do one GSF match". Other times it may also have "do 10 GSF matches", "win X GSF matches", and/or "complete the GSF weekly mission". Likewise, for PVP there are usually a variety of objectives, including "complete a PVP match", "win X PVP matches", and so on. And with PVP, you usually have objectives for both ranked and unranked PVP matches.
Heroics is good.))
But what need to do with "Introduction to Conquests"? It's still not proc no matter what I did.

This content not for money, will be stupid if they add Shae or Nico, or hexid in Market now for money. I don't think that so much people really need this content at all.
On this moment we have pretty much interesting and good companions.

You have to be eligible for daily reward. This means you have to enable all FPs in selection and you have to run it through GF.
If any FP, specially Umbara and Copero are with red cross and you cannot change selection, do the story first to unlock them, since they can mess up daily reward.
Additionally, you may do only one Veteran and one Master FP in one day for conquest.
Same goes for the operations.
This is eplain everething but I stil can't do "Introduction to Conquests".
Points only apply to that week. And the "week" is only six days.New week, new Conquest, new points.
Oh my. I'l never get 20k.
