It's been 2 days since my sub automatically renewed, I got the e-mail for it, but not for the cartel coin monthly reward grant, which I thought was... monthly. Has this happened before? Is there anything I'm missing? Would gladly appreciate it if someone could shed some light on this issue.

I've gotten the message when I attempted to claim from collections a Unique item like the quest item that grants Darth Hexid. The problem was that I had already claimed and banked the item so the system gave me the attempted claim in the mail as it failed, from this same sender.

 

This actually makes sense cause I'd been unlocking some items earlier!! Could be it too. Thank you.

Could be somebody who sold off their stuff, transferred the rest to the legacy and deleted their character. I don't see a reason to worry if you didn't go to some website mentioned in the email or something.

So, I received an inbox message, out of nowhere, from "character has been deleted". Should I worry (which I already kind of am)? I didn't do anything out of the ordinary, just bought a mount from the GTN earlier.
