What about fixing the companion list? Can't summon Koth in all Imp characters and Quinn on my LS Warrior?

I don't know why, but my trooper has both Elara and Lana as active romances on the companion tab, but I'm supposed to have just Elara as active, since I got the break up scene with Lana and I'm sure that I did "An Error in Alliance Records" missions and I choose that I wasn't in a relationship with Lana. Already submitted a ticket, but still no response, anyone else has this error or someone knows if its going to affect my story on Ossus?

On all my characters: Koth Vortena can't be summoned, even though none of my characters killed him.
Sith Warrior: Quinn can't be summoned, even though he choose to join me on Iokath after siding with the Republic.
This is a minor one on my Sith Warrior LS that sided with Republic. Both Jace and Acina appear as dead on my companion list, but I still get dialogue of killing Acina. Its just a text fix.

Devs, any update on this? Have you found a fix for this, any idea when a fix is going to be deployed? Thanks

I started with another toon, LS Sith Warrior that aligned with the Republic on Iokath. Koth and Quinn are gone from my companions even though I didn't killed Koth and Quinn joined me at the end of Iokath. Also its says that both Malcom and Acina are dead. Will this affect my choices on Ossus, what will happen if it says that Malcom and Acina are dead?
EDIT: Pierce, Broonmark and 2V appear twice on my list
EDIT 2: While it says that both are dead, it definitely saves your choices. I get dialogue about killing Acina on Iokath. Seems that all the bugs are with the companion list, not the story.
EDIT 3: I got back LS Jaesa, but I'm getting the Alliance alert for DS Jaesa

After getting to my ship and starting the Jedi Under Siege with my agent who has done all the expansions, the traitor fp, Iokath and class story. I lost Koth even though I didn't killed him, My companions are repetead twice 2V, Lockin, Raina and Vector

Let’s talk about the Companion issues that you are seeing in 5.10. Even though you may see some strange things, from what we are seeing we do not believe there are any actual story/long-term impacts stemming from these issues. There are clearly issues that we will need to resolve in a future update, such as companions falling into the wrong category, being unavailable, etc. Please, please continue to report these issues to us with as much detail as possible – knowing your class, faction, and active mission are particularly helpful. We are closely monitoring your reports and our game activity to make sure there is nothing that creeps into severe territory. Thank you in advance for the reports.
A couple things to keep in mind:
- Depending on what Mission you are on, Companions will become completely unavailable to you. That is standard Mission behavior for most of the Missions in this update.
- Most story Mission explicitly permit specific Companions and you will not be able to use any others during that time.

It freezes completely and get I get a black screen with no audio.
Now I can see my toon, but the screen freezes and also there's no audio

It always takes a long time to load, looks like it froze for a few seconds. What do you mean by crashing?

No one else is crashing when you try to use the terminal? I want to get it back but I can't, every time it crashes

Is the daily and story be available to preferred users that completed Kotet??

Question and probably I know the answer, but its worth the shot.
Is 5.2 the story and planet be avaiable only to subs at the time or also prefered that finished the Kotet story??

You do not need to be a subscriber to access it, but you do need to have access to, and have completed Chapter 16. That is the prerequisite to access the alert.

My sub ends on September 5 and i dont have the money to renew it that month. The rusk alliance recruitment would be available to those who ended KotFE or only active subs?? Thanks

Thank you, while I find that to be a tad unfair, and they should have just made it the 28th, I can't really argue with them, guess I wait till the 11th.
That´s unfair so Ben should have wrote July 1st, not July 28, Still they owe us an apology for THEIR MISTAKE, since they told us two different dates

ClaytonL has the correct answer. That was a typo, and I apologize that it made it to this point and none of us caught it. If you would not have qualified for Early Access in July, you don't for this launch date either. Ben's last bullet should have said the 11th, not the 9th. That would reflect launch of the Chapter, not Early Access. I will get that corrected immediately to avoid any further confusion.

Edit: Also, to clarify that last point. That does mean you will get access on the 11th, on the official launch of the Chapter.
"Players subscribed as of July 28th, will be granted access to Chapter XVI when it goes live on August 9th."
First you say early acess go to people who subscribed before July 28, I subscribed on July 7 , so Why I cant play my chapter??????
