  1. Do you currently find that end game is to easy?

My main is lvl 49 atm, can't say

Did you think the leveling was to quick?

    Yes

Have you cleared all end game content on at least easy mode?

    No (see question 1)

I have an additional question for the casuals. Would a more difficult lvling process have put

you off from continuing to play?

No, in my opionion "casual" doesn't mean that you don't want a challenge. I'm doing most of the levelling without companion support to handle this, or just log on EvE for a while.

I consider myself casual since I usually only have 15 hrs a week to play - you know work, family, paint the house, pay the bills, do the laundry, walk the dogs, bark at the moon etc.

    Is this your first MMO?

No, the most "known" titles I've touched:

    SWG 2 years

    EQ2 1 year

Vanguard beta + 1 year live

    GW 1 week

Warhammer beta + 3 months live

    WoW 6 years

Fallen Earth beta + 6 months live

Eve Online 3 years (still playing)

    Rift beta

  2. Me and my friends decided to do empire first. I'm only short of an Assassin to fill up all slots on our current server (no level 50 yet though). We will do republic side on another server later on (would be great if they would bump up the limit to 16 chars/server - but that's just wishful thinking I guess). This or that side doesn't matter to me much, it's more important to have fun together with a bunch of friends.
  3. I've been using a couple of bonus series while leveling alts. When I get to a new planet and after a while feel that "didn't I do this quest a week ago?" I usually go back to level up on the previous planets bonus series instead. There's usually a bunch of 2-4 man heroics in the bonus series that can provide sweet gear as reward.
  4. Why did I stay up till 3:30 AM finishing up the side quest on Voss with my buddies, when I had to be at work at 6:30 AM for a Huge Career/Technology meeting.

T_T now I look like im on crack because of my bloodshot eyes.

Right there with you.. managed to log off at around 0200 and had the alarm set on 0600. Woke up at 0710, just about 20 minutes before an important appointment at work - and I have a 30 minute drive to get there :(

Anyway, I've been pretending to be busy long enough now, time to get off work and get home to SWTOR again.

  5. I will keep playing since I enjoy it, having a blast playing with a bunch of RL friends. Still have a long way to go before I hit 50 on any of my characters (my main is lvl 40 at the moment, and I started in EGA Dec 18).

PVE endgame never attracted me in any MMO I've played, and I'm just doing PVP for fun now and then. Ofc I get to a point where the next natural step is to move on to the PVE endgame and it's often good fun to give it a shot just to experience the content, but I have yet to find a game where new content hasn't been added already by when I get there (both solo-, group- and "raid" wise) so it's not like I ever notice any issues with lack of content.

SWTOR is perfect for my casual playstyle.

  6. You can't do that in any game save possibly Everquest.

The UI is horrid for healing. Extremely cumbersome and inefficient. Mouse-overs (or click casting) need to be a base part of the UI. I'm sorry but clicking on a person then clicking an ability is not an efficient way to heal. It may work, but its not pretty. Especially when lag hits and your target is one person but your heal lands on another because of when the click registered.

I do agree that it's a cumbersome process to heal effectively, however I'd rather have that compared to getting too much help from UI or addons. Keybinding heal abilities and using F-keys for targetting works fine in 4 man grps, haven't run any operations yet.. looking forward to it
