  1. Make a new character and check its mail. See if the new character gets a STAP, holodancer, target marker, and macrobinoculars.

Yes, i did get that with new a character, thanks, the reason i asked is anytime i go to the store a "digital upgrade pack" is offered for $4.99, thanks for the info..

  2. ok, so I blow up the shield gen, open up the heroic mode, go and complete the mission (alderaan) come out and the star fortress mission is still there,, is the star fortress supposed to blow up? its still on my to do list,

when I beat the boss a door opens up and I leave being chased by a fue fighters, nothing blows up

I get a to choose "story mode" or "Veteran Mode" , that's it..

  3. Nope. just saying problems happen even to well trained.

my brother owns a transmission shop in Florida, he has 30 years experience, I've see him pull a transmission have 80 pieces laying on his bench, put it all back together, test it on his bench, reinstall it, road test it, call the costumer , the next day the costumer pulls in and something's wrong with it. The proses to find the problem takes longer then then to actually rebuild it. he's not very happy with himself , time and money is lost, and he's upset he now is holding up his costumer.

one wrong bit of code can screw up a gig of code, and now ya have to go find it, and you pull your hair out trying to find that bit of code knowing you have thousands of costumers waiting...

  4. I feel one of the biggest errors these companies have is they employ a community manager, but they don't actually manage the community in times of crisis.

If you visit the Twitter feed, for example, you're looking at a 3h post stating "Servers are online!" while, just above it, another 3h post stating "We've taken the servers down!" Now, communication since then has been non-existent but the issues I would have are:

For me, seeing a server up server down post together would indicate the issue was resolved, without realizing that no, they had to fix the issue from bringing the servers back up!

A community manager who tells us every hour "They're still working on the issue" would be more productive than absolute silence, or else the years in which companies have filled wait times on the phone with music and repetitive voice messages going "your call is important to us..." would be pointless; They could simply leave it silent, save money, and obviously people would just stay on hold with no indication!

I'm not commenting on the servers being down nor am I feeling aggrieved over this. I just get frustrated that with instant communication tools easily available, it'd be nice if they kept us in the loop so we could be aware that the issue isn't likely to be resolved quickly and/or there is no new news but they are still working on it!

I totally agree, I don't mind waiting for them to fix the issue, mistakes happen, and am even thankful for there work on the game as a whole, but when these things happen , and that's not often, it would be nice for someone to keep us up to date on there progress, we are paying costumers after all

  5. Writing game code for this program is not easy, how many times do they get they get it right?

more often then not, and the fue times they missed something in the code, and then have to go back over the work that they did over the last week is a letdown to the guys/gals work. And I'm sure they feel they let you the customer down also, so give them a brake, they do work hard, so AGAIN, THANKS for the hard work... ;)

  6. Logged on to see why the servers were still down, read todays update and cant believe the amount of whining going on. So I'm here to thank the Devs for taking the time to get the game right, I understand its not an easy job and your doing under pressure.

So Thanks Again, I Can Wait For A Better Gameplay Experience... :)

  7. Today I completed Flashpoint: "Blood Hunt" to get info from Flame, later in my story line I was directed to complete "blood Hunt" even though I already did, so I went back to repeat the Flashpoint to find you cant run it again in "solo Mode" , there's no way im going to complete this flashpoint solo with out the droid assist "solo mode", so is there a way to reset solo mode? or am I sol and im stuck here without being able to complete solo?
