[Making a level 60 Character]

I am wondering can a level 60 that I can make with KOTFE will it be able to go back and forth between the post-4.0 things like travel to the fleet and stuff, or is it just stuck in the expansion?

Thanks for the help. No, I don't use all of them; but I do use five. I don't like them getting to cluttered because I am a clicker, and I sometimes click the wrong ability.

So I will lose all of my quickbars that came with the subscription?

If I go to preffered, will I still get my 12 character slots and the extra quick bars that I have as a subscriber? Also, will I still be able to use companion costumizations?
