[Stuck in "quick play mode" after patch. Download done, but I can't play my characters]

I had no download and start only for starter planet once I got to character selection and I had rebooted the launcher and once at character selection I get the download but it shows it is not downloading

welll at roughly 630 pm my time got disconected and can not login in saying login serveces not avalible

OK I thought I was the only one having problems I was playing the game and poof it was no more and could not log on I had thought it was just me till I am here and found out I am not the only one
