  1. You had to make a condescending reply to someone who posted 13 months ago?

And no, you don't need a black belt in MMO's to find your interrupt ; you just have to be able to put your curser over your abilities and read the tooltip.

What does "13 months ago" have to do with anything? Are all questions and concerns off limits within a specified time frame? I missed that in the TOS....?

Are you saying that ALL MMO's have an interrupt spell that all players must inherently be aware of? What do I put my cursor over to find out what is meant by "add"?

The condescension is in response to the full page of snotty responses I had to weed through to find an inkling of an answer to an issue I had with the game I am playing today...not "13 months ago".

  2. You know there's only 1 skill to interrupt right :rak_02:

You do know that not everyone has a black belt in MMO's...right?

You could have identified what is meant by "add" or which skills "interrupt" but, instead you chose to do some ego promoting. Which is fine. I'm used to high school kids. But, whenever you are done congratulating yourself for your inner circle lingo and derisively lording it over newcomers let us all know. We'd like to be able to play the game too.

  3. What new content will we engage in with our friends? I definitely see the time sink involved in these spaces. I think even a disinterested person could spend a few hours doing this, but as far actual new content to engage in with guildies 2014 has been a massive let down.

No one can play the game for you. Find something to like and your outlook gets better. Find stuff to whine about and it gets harder.

I realize GSH is the "big thing" for the end of summer for BW and a lot of people, especially the RP crowd. But for folks that actually want to play the game and not decorate are getting really tired for the same OPs and FPs. Information about the guild ships and the faction missions on planets that they will play a role in seems to me to be so much more important right now to retain subs than learning about how to hang trophies on a wall in a room that you walk around in to admire your accomplishments.

"Information about the guild ships and the faction missions on planets that they will play a role in seems to me to be so much more important right now to retain subs..."

You want info on ships and quests or you'll quit. Got it.

  4. Things I like 1 to 2:

    1. The tone setting. VERY successful in creating the Star Wars tone.

    2. Always something to do. I hit cap a month ago and didn't even notice.

    Things I don't like 1 to 2:

    1. Long load times.

    2. Space...freakin' space.

The ONLY thing I think SWTOR fails completely at is the space experience.

  5. HAHA! Welcome!

According to wikipedia ' It is estimated that the game made $139 million in additional revenues, in addition to the subscription income, in 2013. This makes SWTOR one of the world's top ten earning games.'

Wherever the money is coming from they're doing something right!

As an ex SWG and WoW player I have to say, TOR gets a lot of stuff right! :)

And thank you for the welcoming!
