[Help to delete account]

I have the same issue that i want to delete all my data of my account. And according to european law this must be possible "right to be forgotten". Can anyone please give me any information on this EA guides are not really helpful on this on.

One question just started playing on a new server and have the feeling that the Droprate for PvP mats (augments) has been reduced.

 

Anybody else has the same feeling?
