  1. Reported this bug ingame already, I'm sure many others did as well, didn't seem to be noticed (it's not even listed in the known issues thread), so I'll open a new thread here.

     

    Jugg tank is currently missing the "+5% def chance for 10 seconds" buff granted from using Retaliation. Guardian tank gets the buff ("Blade Barricade") from Riposte however. This seems to affect all Jugg tanks (origin story Juggs, secondary combatstyle Juggs imp and pub, and dark-side aligned Guardians changed to Jugg skillset).

  2. So you're telling me Jugg tank's missing Retaliation def buff is not getting fixed but some 1-pixel-too-wide window issue's getting a fix? I'm truly disappointed... waited more than one month for these fixes to then see my class was not taken care about. Great job really :(
  3. I seem to have triggered some bug when logging in on a low level character after the weekly reset, and now have old (Hutt Space) POs that can't be completed. Reroll seems to work (I tested on daily, didn't wanna waste the weekly). Friend of mine is having the very same problem, he logged in on a low level character as well. Anyone else experiencing this?
  4. I like it! But it's not that big on my interface and appears high up so not intrusive for me. Maybe you can reduce the size? I'm not sure about that though.

     

    No, you can't unfortunately :( I understand that some players like it, but for those who don't, there should be an option to get rid of it. Imo, best would be to just add it to the interface editor, so you can customize size, position or even disable it if you don't like it. Or simply add some option in the UI settings to disable the pop-up.

  5. I'm gonna focus on only one of your questions, because in general I love this stronghold and I am very much looking forward to its release, IF the the following is corrected...

    One thing? Hook placement, especially SYMMETRY!!! Gosh darn, don't your trainees use rulers when placing the hooks? Taking a closer look at the placement of hooks got me totally enraged, because I only found like one single room with hooks that were arranged completely symmetrically. And no, I'm not speaking of another type of hook left and right, I'm speaking of the arrangement of hooks in connection to a room's/wall's middle and/or the floor pattern. Best and most visible example are the hooks just in front of the entrance of the main building. The hooks are neither linear to the stairs leading up there, nor to the stronghold entrance, nor to EACH OTHER (look at the blue and purple ones here)! So how are we supposed to decorate in the strict, symmetrical manner of the alderaanian nobility when the hooks are placed so haphazardly?

     

    An example of misplaced hook arrangements which imo should be rethought: I'm missing a hook right in the center between stairs and entrance, as most of the huge buildings in Swtor have something you have to walk around first before entering it. For example, I wanted to place a sculpture or fountain right in front of the entrance with some benches and bushes around it, but the hooks won't allow me to place decorations right in the middle. I'm also missing small floor hooks next to the entrances for guards, wall hook for banners just behind the entrance, etc.

     

    Regarding the hooks in general, there is some rethinking and reworking to do. I've taken tons of screenshots of failed symmetry and missing or misplaced hooks, which I really would like to share, but I know from experience that making an effort here is rarely appreciated, for most of the players' concerns seem to be ignored.

     

    So, Mr. Musco, if you're telling me that it is worth taking the time for editing and uploading those screenshots, because you're truly interested in changing things, I'd love to share them, but I'm not interested in wasting my time with this and then see no change or response.

  6. Apologies if that was unclear. We have tried numerous fixes since the problem started including hardware replacement, etc.

     

    Speaking of, the team believes that they have isolated where the problem may be coming from and it is a critical piece of hardware on the server. We are targeting to replace this ASAP today. Expect that sometime later today we will have some downtime for the server. I don't have estimates right now but I will pass them on as soon as I do.

  7. When logging in before going to work, this is what I saw:

     

    On Imperial Fleet (9 AM, 35 players on instance, so player numbers seem to be irrelevant):

    - Still no guild tags

    - Crafting crewskills still broken

    - Guild and legacy cargo bay still not opening

    - Travelling to stronghold still not possible

    - Conquest window still bugged

     

    I travelled to Onderon (PvP) without problems, the issues listed above only seem to occur while on the fleet, on Onderon everything worked as intended.

     

    Unfortunately I had no time for trying gf or simply grouping up, which was one of the major probs yesterday, as I for example wasn't able to leave my ops group (yes I tried relogging etc etc) or as the leader kick dc'd members.

     

    Hope you're really doing sth about all this, because as said before, our patience has limits and we're on the best way to reach them...
