  1. Nobody ever asked for changes like that. And nobody want them.

    It will kill the little bit of fun left in the game instead of anything else.

    You will lose much more players with that garbage instead of getting new players.

    Doing this changes is excactly the right way to kill the game. Good job.

  2. We are working on a fix for everyone for the HK Chapter, should be able to get you all fixed by tomorrow. I will provide an update when I have it.

     

    Just to confirm, this is only for those of you who were only getting it per character as of around launch day? No one is seeing that issue popping up now that is purchasing it?

    It's a bit tricky. They didn't fix the old armorings - they actually stripped the bonus off "old" 252/258 armorings if you'd pulled them out of a shell. They then replaced the armorings (and mods and enhancements) in your old 252/258 shells.

     

    So in my case, for my Operative, I had 6 pieces of Masterwork gear in my cargo bay that was previously empty that now had full mods and enhancements. So I had to pull the "new" armorings out to replace the "old" ones in my legacy gear.

     

    Yeah but In my case I dont have the shells any longer

    I want to start by thanking all of you again for your patience today, certainly an extended maintenance like this is not something we want to have happen and prolonging our downtime like that is not a decision we make lightly. Let's talk about what happened.

     

    If you look at our patch notes it looks like this entire downtime was just to push out a small update containing one change. Although that was a part of our planned downtime, it was just a very small portion. The majority of our downtime today was actually for some backend updates that we needed to make. During our testing of those backend updates it became clear there was a fairly severe account level issue. This issue impacted everything from access to our website to in-game purchases. We looked for a few opportunities to come online while leaving some services down (such as the website) but ultimately this would have been too risky to your accounts. What I mean by risk is that it could have put your account in a potentially bad state, which is not a safe thing.

     

    We were able to resolve the underlying issue and confirmed that things are all good for accounts. Thanks everyone.

  5. In the Cartellbazar Map its shows an Vendor called "Verdan Krys" right next to the new Companien Customization Vendor. But it's no Vendor there. Is there something planed ? Or have i miss something ?
