Character transfers and character slots are a good start for the sales. I think character, legacy, guild, and ship renames would also be something worth announcing since these are likely the big ticket items people are hoping to go on sale. I think if these or any other important items are going to be available beginning on a given week, people should be made aware ahead of time. This can prevent the multiple tickets of people asking for the discounted price if they bought it the previous week before the item goes on sale I'd imagine. This also leaves other items as a surprise, giving people a reason to check back weekly as this post gives reason to believe other items will be going on sale. Having these sales remain until the expansion is also a great move.
Character unlocks, if not on sale, I think should be discounted and given a new price permanently due to the massive amount of coins required for the unlocks; ie: Artifact Equipment Authorization (Account), among others. The reintroduction of weekly passes (ops likely being the only major seller), along with PvP, and Flashpoints are also something the playerbase has expressed interest in seeing a return of.
I look forward to the long awaited sales!
If it is also possible, maybe bring back each shipment of cartel market packs in chronological order each week? Since there are 10 shipments, maybe shipments one and two could have their respective packs reintroduced the first week, three and four the second, and etc. I's be most interested in buying one of each pack for nostalgic purposes.

While we used to be a NiM prog guild, those look to be dead and conquest guilds seem to have taken over, so I guess that's what we are now.
Insert buzzwords large guild, conquests, and rewards. If you are looking for a guild to level in, do conquests in, raid, or PvP, then we want you!
Myself, and many others have recently come back to the game for round two: electric boogaloo and are currently reforming the guild with the hopes of getting it bumping and active with daily ops, and some PvP/ Conquest goals. Hopefully with your help we can "get good" and ascend to conquest leaderboard status and get those rewards that we all want. As of right now, we are reforming on just the Republic side (looking for imp guilds to partner with) as we are starting from scratch.
We are not just a guild, but a close group of friends (as of now, and hope to grow) who consider ourselves more than that; family. What we cherish above all within our members is the ability to be respectful and mature towards their fellow guild members. This, plus a good sense of humor and healthy level of activity is what we're looking for in a player.
Personalities and skills that we value most
- Polite
- Want to have fun and enjoy the game with other players
- Are sociable

- Active within, and outside of the game (discord is where we all chat and hang out)

Looking at selling my old pub side guild with 7 bank tabs, and a 11/15 unlocked ship.
The ship also comes with all NiM achievement final bosses (And Revan/ Cora), a Contraband slot machine, all utilities (GTN, Banks, Jawas), and even the Ambassador Ky'lee vendor.
The decoration list is quite extensive, with all cartel decos from 2014- February 2017 donated, along with tons of ops and flashpoint decos (NiM TFB Hypergate, etc).

I already have one, just wanted to know why that specific mount is extremely pricey given you can get it from the cartel bazaar
The one in the bazaar is locked by legend status with the Binary Star Reality reputation and as such is priced accordingly as it would require you to open roughly 5-7 stronghold hypercrates to gain the reputation necessary to buy said chair with cartel certificates.
The one on the GTN for 200 mil is priced due to the fact that it does not require you to get the reputation to unlock the item and bypasses it at the expense of it being extremely rare, and sought after.

<Intrepid> is a Republic PvE guild focused on Nightmare Operations for dedicated, mature players who seek a competitive, yet enjoyable atmosphere on the Harbinger Server. Once known as both <Momentum> and <Level Capped> on their respective servers, both guilds combined with the original server merges to form Intrepid and dominate Nightmare Progression from then to 3.0, knore known for our 16m NiM team and NiM Power accomplishments with 2.7.
While the guild is mainly a PvE guild that raids, we also have quite a large PvP player base, and a lot of people just looking to play the game with others. As these are our main aspects of the guild, we do not favor just these types of players. Whether you are a returning vet, new player, or just looking to try harder content, we want you! Aside from being a guild recruitment post, the main topic of this post is recruitment for our several raid teams. We are always looking to recruit raiders for our teams. Whether it be full time raiders, subs, or people who want to start new teams, we like to see new people. Our recruitment for HM/ NiM raiding is currently open. We will almost always have open recruitment, even during progression, for people willing to put forth the effort, or those we see potential in.
Raid Teams
Team Gold
Recruitment Status: Closed
- Raid from 6:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. PST (Server time) Monday/ Wednesday
- Once the team is finalized, a run through the HM content will be done to see how the group runs as a whole, then move on to only NiM content.
- We expect you to be properly geared for this content. Set Bonus and 230+ gear.
Team Blue
Recruitment Status: OPEN
- Raid from 7:00 p.m.- 9 p.m. PST (Server time) Friday/ Saturday.
- Focus is currently on HM
- Any HM ops aside from EV/ KP will be run, this does include ToS and Rav.
- Looking for one DPS, a Tank, and a Healer.
Keep in mind it's not the gear we're looking for. The following are things we look for in our trials:
- Attitude/ Social Fit
- Class, Advanced Class performance and strategy knowledge
- Reliable attendance
- Able to use and speak in TS3, run StarParse, and use Slack for communication out of game

I've been away from the game for a bit, last serious raiding was HM/NiM EC when it was new and a bit here and there afterwards but nothing as serious as when 50 content was end game. I play a Commando both as Gunny and Combat Medic depending on what is needed or how I am feeling. I've been slowly gearing up with the new expansion, currently rolling around 230ish mods in my old rakata gear.
In game toon name is Vissionary. I am usually online for at least a bit most nights.
Sorry for the late response there mate, the forum was not letting me post again when logged in for some reason.
Anyways, Team Blue is currently doing HM and NiM ops for schematics to craft gear, and of course for the fun of it right now. I can assist with helping you get back into the game, and help with gearing as I assume you could use a hand with that. As for the team, once you are geared and feel you want to try out, they would be more than happy to have you do so.
If you need a guild invite, just /who Intrepid and ask for an invite.

You cannot craft the belt/ bracers for any of the war hero/ battlemaster sets as the schematic boxes only came with the 5 pieces you see on the GTN (Head, Chest, Gloves, Legs, and Boots).
Best bet is to find another piece that looks similar and use it.

Pugs are pretty rare outside of prime time pub side.
Best bet is to join a guild that runs them. Most guilds have teams that run on specific days, but I'm sure if you were to ask in a PvE guild people would be interested.
You can always check out our recruitment thread here and see if our guild may be the one for you.

Hello, you guys seem like the type of guild me and my gf are looking for. We are both fairly new to the game but have picked things up quickly. I am a 65 tank and she is a 65 heals. We would definitely like to hit the raid scene as well as have people to PvP with. Looking forward to hearing back from you. You can either reply here, or jus message me in game Prophesus. You might try this guild in game: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.phpt=891646&page=3 They might could point you to a guild that's running it, but be sure it's going be up in the 200mil range most likely. lol
They have closed down shop. Even for 500 mil, I still doubt a guild that is capable would sell this run for anywhere near that price.
Way too much effort has to be put in (which includes crafting NiM crystals as according to the people who have tried it (you pretty much need them), you need 15 people + the buyer (all NiM geared and capable), and the time to try and down the boss.
Only people Imp side are Failure who are capable, but they have no interest in sales runs for Crests.
