Well you won't actually receive the Sky Palace until Early Access launches in August (or if you're not still subscribed in August then you'll get it when Preferred Access goes live a month later), but you should just need to be subscribed on May 11th to have it unlocked - I don't think logging in has ever been a requirement for any of their Subscriber benefits/promotions.

Hello, I've a question: to earn the Nar Shaddaa Sky Palace and the other May 11th rewards I must be a subscriber. But do I need to login the game too, or it's just needed to be a sub? Because in that date I won't be able to enter the game and so I hope that I will however earn the rewards.

Hi, I would like to propose adding some new achievements.

In my opinion, there should be achievements for the reputation ranking (like "Imperial commander: reach maximum reputation with Imperial Forward Command" or something similar). This is just a suggestion, but I hope you can consider it
