[Tried to fly to Ossus, freezes at 95% loading progress, now I cannot play character]

Today I discovered that if I put the game into low-graphics mode it loads. I guess Ossus has too many polygons in very-high graphics mode for my computer?

I just entered a support ticket for this, but thought I'd post it here too.

 

I heard you had to complete Ossus to play Onslaught. So, I tried flying my main character to Ossus, but the progress loader only gets to 95% and then it never finishes (frozen?). I cannot close the window, nor can I kill it via the Windows Task Manager. I have to reboot Windows in order to regain control of my PC. When I log back in and try playing that character, the same thing happens. It gets to about 95% and freezes. I cannot play that character now.
