[Should I buy Augmentation Kit MK-9s or wait?]

Personally i'd wait till 3.0 comes out. But even after the expansion is released there will still be a good amount of players (f2p and preff) who will not have access to the new content as they would not have bought it. So the market for MK-9's will still be there.
