    I have been trying to sign into my account for several days now and none of the one time passwords has reached me. My email has not changed and I used to get them but since the last update nothing. What should I do? I am a subscriber and this is wasting my play time but I live in Australia and cannot find a customer service number for my country.

     

    Create a new email address with a major email provider such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo etcetera and change your SWTOR account to use the new address. Then attempt to login to SWTOR again to trigger a one time password email to the new address( DO IT FROM EA.COM). If this fails you may need to call to have an agent push the email to your new address.

    Not receiving a One TIme Password

    Hi all, I'm getting pretty frustrated at Bioware/EA but I'm having a problem. I am back at school for the semester and I have been trying to log back onto TOR on my laptop (which I played on this wifi all last semester) and it is asking for a one time password to log in and verify the computer, which would not be a problem except I have tried getting them to send a OTP about 10 times now and nothing is happening. I cannot log into the game and I cant even download patch 4.04 so i can play after I finally log in. I checked spam, and I even tried changing my email. What can I do? My email account has never had any issues with TOR emails before.

    Anyone having problems with once time password?

    Sometimes i get it in seconds but often they dont come. Is it just me or others having same problem? Ive found a few posts about it but they are old (2013-2015)

    I have tried 4 times to get the one time password login and it wont send. Any advice?

    One Time Password

    I tried to log on 2.5 hours ago and was asked for the 1-time password. That password still hasn't been mailed to me.

     

    The last time I was prompted for a 1 time password was about a week ago and it had arrived by the time my mail client checked messages on opening. Given that I've tried logging on about 6 times in the last 2.5 hours, I should have 6 mails with expired One Time Passwords in them, but have not received the first yet.

     

    Trying to get into my account details on the site is also asking for a One Time Password.

    Like in topic. Waiting 2 days for code (tried to re-launch launcher to restart sending to me One Time Password and still nothing). I've checked spam folder etc. etc. and wasted 2 days of sub becosue i can't login. My IP changes automatically after a few days and I had a code always after 2 minutes. Anyone got the same problem?
