[Cartel Coin and Code Redemption Error]

I've been trying to buy some cartel coins all night, and every time I try it takes me to this page. I now have a code to redeem the coins, but when I click the "redeem a code" button, it takes me to the same page. Am I doing something wrong, or is the SWTOR site being strange?
