[Security Key App]

Hi I am sorry to bother you I have the mobile security app on my android phone and I have been trying to put the security key in for the  last several days and it keeps giving me an error that they can't find it can you please help me I am getting frustrated.

I am having the same issue I have the whirling sound and it says my compatiability is Windows 8, but that was a lifetime ago. My pc is windows 10.
